Terms & Conditions:

1. Applicants must be 18 or over.
2. Entry limited to one per person.
3. FREE day pass entitles the holder to use the specified Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre for one day.
4. Treatments, Health MOT, physiotherapist, sessions with Wellbeing Advisors and paid for classes and services are not included in the FREE day pass.
5. There is no obligation to take full membership if you use the FREE day pass.
6. FREE day pass applicants will be notified by email and must take their notification with them when they enter the centre.
7. The FREE day pass must be used within one month of confirmation email/letter.
8. FREE day passes are not transferable.
9. If you are unsure at any time, as a result of your health you should exercise, please seek approval of your GP and inform Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing before exercising.
