IT support technician
Exciting opportunity for a junior IT support technician to join an established modern legal practice.
Main Duties:
- Provide technical support to the IT development manager
- Liaise with external companies to log and monitor IT issues
- Provide assistance to employees on internal IT issues
- Assist and advise in the development of new IT systems
- Required skills and experience:
Education & Experience - Educated to at least A Level or equivalent or equivalent experience
Skills
- The ability to communicate both verbally and in written format effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
- Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment
- Strong problem resolution skills
- Attention to detail
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows O/S
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience of database programming
