IT support technician

Exciting opportunity for a junior IT support technician to join an established modern legal practice.

Main Duties:

  • Provide technical support to the IT development manager
  • Liaise with external companies to log and monitor IT issues
  • Provide assistance to employees on internal IT issues
  • Assist and advise in the development of new IT systems
  • Required skills and experience:
    Education & Experience
  • Educated to at least A Level or equivalent or equivalent experience

Skills

  • The ability to communicate both verbally and in written format effectively with people at all levels internally and externally
  • Ability to operate successfully in a multi-tasked environment  
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Attention to detail

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows O/S
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience of database programming
