New Claims Team Case Assessor
We are a Manchester based law firm, offering legal services nationwide. We specialise in providing legal advice and help with personal injury accident compensation claims and mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) compensation claims.
We are seeking to recruit Paralegals to work in our New Claims Team. This will involve undertaking an initial assessment of personal injury enquiries (RTA/EL/PL/Clin Neg) over the telephone that are generated from a wide range of sources. You will be required to evaluate legal issues, make enquiries with Insurers, arrange medical appointments for medico-legal examinations, and generate Claim Notification Forms (CNFs) for RTA claims.
Ideal candidates will:
- have completed a law degree/LPC and have knowledge and understanding of the personal injury claims process.
- Have excellent communication skills – much of the work will be conducted over the telephone therefore a professional, friendly and positive telephone manner is essential
- We operate a paperless office, therefore the successful candidates will need to be computer literate as they will be working with a computer case management system
- Self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic
- Able to work well with others
Full Time salary of £13,000
