Training Contract Commencing October 2010
Summary
Working for an APIL accredited and Law Society Personal Injury accredited organisation, you'll complete a comprehensive two-year training programme beginning in October 2010 exposing you to predominantly the area of Claimant personal injury in order to develop into a highly skilled solicitor.
Your role
As a Trainee Solicitor, you'll be given the widest possible experience so that at the end of your traineeship you'll have a good grounding not only in personal injury litigation, but also in residential conveyancing and other general litigation matters. You'll receive close supervision as your responsibility and workload increase. This will ensure you are fully prepared to take on challenges such as preparing claims for trial in the County Court.
Your profile
You should be educated to degree level and will have passed the Legal Practice Course before taking up this appointment. You will have at least 6 months experience of personal injury. You should also be a confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Please give details of any training course/qualifications you hold, the levels attained and the date.
