EL/PL/ID Fee Earner or Solicitor
Salary – Up to £27,000
Exciting opportunity for a claimant personal injury fee earner or solicitor to join an established modern practice.
The successful applicant will be managing a large caseload of predominantly fast track EL and PL claimant personal injury cases. You will be expected to manage the files without supervision from initial instruction through to conclusion, and deal with your own litigation. The right candidate will also have some experience of and an interest in industrial disease work.
To apply for this role you must currently be working as a claimant EL/PL personal injury solicitor or fee earner, be competent managing a volume caseload and be able to work to billing targets.
You must also be capable of working in a paperless environment and so excellent IT skills are required.
You will be a confident and competent litigator with demonstrable experience of handling your own volume caseload on non RTA claimant work.
The quality of work far exceeds that of your more typical factory environment and you will have autonomy of ownership, freedom of movement and opportunity to add value to the business from the start.
