Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2000 and has been employed as the firm's practice manager since it was founded in 2005. During that time she’s overseen a fundamental overhaul of the firm’s structure, operations and future business direction. Married to Matthew – the partner of the firm – they have two children aged seven and three. When Nicola’s not busy juggling work with parenting, her hobbies include reading, keeping fit, meditation and EFT.
