Terms & Conditions:

   1. The competition opens midnight 12:00 GMT on Thursday, 22nd July 2010 and closes midnight 12:00 Saturday 21st August 2010.
   2. Entry is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, at the time of entry, except employees of ClearLawSolicitors, their families, suppliers and agents.
   3. Entrants are required to complete the registration process by completing the online entry form.
   4. If you enter the email addresses of third-parties, an email will be sent inviting them to enter the competition. We will not collect their email address unless they enter the competition themselves and agree to the full terms and conditions of the competition.
   5. By entering, you agree to opt-in to receiving email communications from ClearLawSolicitors. We agree that we will not make your data available to any third-party. After confirming your entry you can opt-out by unsubscribing at any time.
   6. The winning entries will be the first of all correct entries drawn randomly after the closing date.
   7. The winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date. Failure to reply as specified in the notification, and within the time stated, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner from correct entries received before the closing date.
   8. The judges’ decision is final and binding.
   9. Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days.
  10. No cash alternative is available and the prizes are not transferable. No correspondence will be entered into.
  11. If the advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
  12. By entering, winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general location for publicity and news purposes.
  13. Winners’ names will be available on the website within 14 days of the closing date.
  14. Entry implies acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.   
  15. ClearLawSolicitors reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will appear on the website.
