- If the other party is cooperative by responding to us promptly, and providing us with reasonable offers to settle your case early, then your case will proceed a lot quicker than where we have to deal with an uncooperative opponent.
Whether a Police report or witness evidence is needed
- If a witness is required to give evidence we may have to wait for a time when it is convenient for the witness to speak to us about your claim.
- If a police report is required to progress your claim we must wait for the police to finish all their investigations before the report becomes available.
The nature and severity of your injuries
- The more injuries you suffer from, the more likely it is that we will require multiple GP reports, which can add time on to you case.
