"Here at Clear Law, we've got a dedicated service for PPI and we look to get the client their money back that they've been mis-sold under these PPI policies. And we like to get all their premiums back and all their interest and help the client out as much as we can and make them happy.
"We take in referrals from different referral companies and private clients and we get their details and their bank account numbers and stuff and we send a letter of claim off to their bank. The bank responds with an offer or rejection or something and we go through the process and eventually we'll get the client their money back.
"Personally I think we're a lot more client friendly -– we're constantly on the phone to the clients, it's not just sending a letter to them or not speaking to them for months on end, because these PPI claims do take a long time -– really up to four months. Throughout those four months we're constantly updating the client and constantly talking to the banks trying to get more information from them, process the claim and get updates. I think we're a lot more client friendly in that respect and we've got a really, really dedicated team as well."

We'll call you up, all you need is your bank details, the name of your bank and we can sort the rest out and keep you updated. You need to do very little work because that's the way we work around here."
