Mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance
If you’ve been sold payment protection insurance (PPI) when you took out a mortgage, personal loan, credit card or store card, then you may be able to claim back some – or all – of the premiums.
The extent of financial mis-selling has been so great that often you will have purchased PPI without actually realising it. About 13 million PPI products have been sold in the UK, and in 2006, the UK public paid £4.4 billion in premiums. It is estimated that between 50% and 70% of policies have been mis-sold.
At ClearLaw you will deal directly with the lawyer handling your claim which will be dealt with on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis.
Call us on 0800 783 1453 or complete our no obligation enquiry form to find out if you’re entitled to a PPI refund.
