Personal Injury FAQs
How much will I have to pay?
Nothing, if you instruct us directly. We act for you on a ‘no win, no fee’ basis which means that we don’t get paid unless we win your case. So not only will your opponent have to pay 100% of your agreed damages, but our costs as well. This is providing that you do not lie, mislead us, or act in an unreasonable manner such as fail to provide us with instructions, fail to attend a medical appointment, or fail to attend a court hearing.
Do you take any legal fees from my damages?
No. The only circumstances when you would have to pay anything towards your case would be if you have lied, deliberately mislead us or acted in an unreasonable way.
Will I have to pay the other parties costs if I lose?
No, because we will ensure that there is a policy of insurance to protect you. So long as you have provided us with truthful instructions, the policy will pay the other side’s costs.
Will I have to pay for medical reports, court fees, police reports and other disbursements?
No, as above.
How much can I claim?
You can claim for any financial loss you have suffered as a result of the accident, in addition to compensation for the injuries you have sustained. Click through to our claims calculator to see what amount of compensation you might expect to receive for your injuries.
